Being a field based service provider, we recognise the importance of being able to communicate with our employees and clients at all times.  To facilitate this, Antac has implemented a powerful, user friendly software system called Clik, which is specifically designed for service related businesses, similar to ourselves. This has added significant benefits for our clients and our business.

Our operatives access their jobs remotely, viewing what tasks they have scheduled and updates completed jobs.  The system carries vital information by job, enabling our operatives to be better prepared and informed before they reach our clients premises.  The list below demonstrates some examples:

Our fleet of over 100 vehicles is fitted out with the latest safety equipment and tracking devices to maximise fuel efficiency and reduce our carbon footprint. Monitoring of driver behaviour improves driving standards and practices ensuring due consideration to all road users. Aligned with this, our telephone software,”Mobi Control”, acts as a tracker on an operative’s mobile supporting our lone workers safety.

Our management processes for quality, health & safety and environmental responsibilities are governed by our ISO Integrated Management System. All Antac directors, managers and employees have adopted these policies and practices to their everyday work routines improving our quality and customer service by following our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 processes.
