Antac Building Services with Major High Street Bank
Antac’s Building Maintenance Services have been highly active in completing refurbishment projects at a leading national UK bank. At a Contact Centre in Liverpool, the design was to provide security and privacy for employees to use as a dedicated hot desk area. The Antac team finished works including the fittings of new meeting rooms and Well Being consultation areas within a 3 month period. The client management gave high praise to the Antac project team, applauding their efforts and quality of works in such tight timescales and strict budgetary constraints.
Further works were conducted at their customer service call centres in Leeds where Antac conducted a large refurbishment, achieving huge savings on future maintenance costs. This entailed fabric building maintenance works and a new air handling (AHU) system over a 6 month period including:-
Transformation of print hub areas into 12 kitchenettes with new LED lighting and new complex drainage system.
New paving, landings and floor ways for disabled members of staff to accommodate their needs for improved access.
New coils, flooring, motors, lagging, pipework and BMS controls were fixed to meet AHU requirements.
Pipework modifications were necessary to install pumps to control a new chiller water system in order to reduce energy costs.
New controls added to ensure the water was stored above 60°C to ensure legionella would not breed.
