As part of our company’s system rebranding, Antac launched a competition to find a name that best represents our work management software. Congratulations to Kerris McGirr and Lee O’Brien both proposed the name PULSE, which perfectly captures the idea of being the heartbeat of our company’s operations.

PULSE is a powerful, user-friendly management software designed to enhance efficiency, particularly for field service-related businesses. It centralises all our work schedules and documentation, streamlining operations and significantly benefiting our business, clients, and employees.

Key Features and Benefits of PULSE:

  • Fully integrated system from quotation to invoicing.
  • Centralised Data Storage: PULSE securely holds full site addresses, job descriptions, specifications, start and completion dates, and essential documents related to health & safety, method statements, and site-specific training.
  • Electronic Work Allocation: The system schedules jobs and transmits work instructions to operatives electronically, reducing reliance on paperwork.
  • Real-Time Updates: Work schedules and tasks are dynamically updated, enabling swift rescheduling and adaptation to site changes.
  • Enhanced Accessibility: Previous job records can be quickly retrieved using intuitive drop-down menus categorized by site or client.
  • Digital Sign-Off: Clients can electronically sign off on completed tasks via handheld devices, ensuring full accountability and transparency.
