Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team in Bulford, on either a full time or part time basis. If you have previous administration experience and are looking for career progression, this is the role for you!
You will play a vital part in supporting our Senior Managers with a range of administrative tasks, including (but not limited to):
- Managing and coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments in relation to priority
- Managing meeting agendas and minutes
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior managers
- Managing email inboxes
- Managing and uploading departmental records on our systems.
- Project administration tasks, such as tracking progress, compiling data, and maintaining documentation.
- Organising internal and external client meetings.
- Handling confidential information
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Occasional general administrative support for the wider management team
- Occasional travel to Larkhill, Aldershot, and Faringdon, to support with operational or management meetings.
What are we looking for?
- Previous administration or PA experience
- Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using Microsoft 365
- Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Self motivated with the initiative to work independently
