Antac deliver a comprehensive range of void, planned and responsive property maintenance services on behalf of Vivo Defence Services and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) across the South East and South West, maintaining more than 12,500 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) properties.
Working to government and DIO standards, our team of multi-skilled tradesmen refurbish and prepare void properties ready for incoming Service families, ensuring every home meets all statutory and mandatory requirements and is clean, safe and secure. Each property undergoes a thorough inspection against strict quality criteria before handover.
In addition to our Void Maintenance programme, we also deliver planned and responsive building maintenance and repair services work to help maintain high quality homes for Service personnel and their families.
When a family moves out of serviced family accommodation or there is a unit move Antac work to the following outline scope
- Bring all properties up to standard and compliant with current building regulations.
- Gas and electricity certificates.
- Full redecoration of the majority of properties with new curtains, carpets if required.
- Kitchen & Bathroom replacements where required.
- Externally slabs levelled, fences repaired / replaced as required.
- Once completed, all properties have both external, internal windows, plus gutters cleaned.
