Antac look to use social values to tackle the inequalities found in the UK to make the things we do; good, fair and sustainable. We encourage every Division to carry out its primary activity, managing resources that it controls and drawing in investment, in such a way that it encourages our teams to create lasting benefits for the Company. Thus improving the local economy in the areas we operate, whilst positively contributing (or at least minimising damage) to the environment.

- Armed Forces Covenant – Gold Award
- Disabled Veterans Scholarship Fund – Full scholarship for a veteran over the last 5 years
- Prostate Cancer – chosen charity for 2026
- Help for Heros – chosen charity for 2026
- Wycombe Homeless Night Shelter, provided roll mattresses for the night shelter Jan – March 2026.
- Foodbank donations
- GreentheUK – to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Supply Chain Sustainability School – Member.
- Toilet Twinning – helping fund a project in a poor community that will enable families to build a basic toilet, have access to clean water and learn about hygiene.

We encourage our supply chain, subcontractors and suppliers to participate in similar activities, including paying staff the London Living Wage.
