Leadville (Lead), joined Antac in July 2023 as the Health & Safety Manager, to support our teams working on Ministry of Defence sites. His primary role is to advise Directors, Managers, Supervisors and site engineers, to make sure that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are met at each level, to prevent accidents, injuries, and work-related illnesses.

Lead served in the British Army for 24 years after which he re-trained as a Data Cabling Engineer, Project Manager before moving into Health & Safety, working in a wide range of industries over the last 9 years.

Although relatively new to the company, Lead has quickly found his feet and become an integral part of our HSEQ department. Lead enjoys getting round the sites and engaging with the Antac teams in order provide a positive Health & Safety and Environmental information in which he is passionate about.

Lisa joined Antac in January 2008 as Administrator where she was responsible for the day to day submission of permits, security clearances, customer relations, operatives schedules and managing our in-house data base for the Northern region. Over the last 12 years, Lisa progressed through the ranks and became Account Manager where she successfully mobilised and managed the M&S window cleaning contract for 3 years. Then progressed to Operations Manager with the Window Cleaning Division.

As the company has grown, Lisa moved across to the H&S Team, having ‘hands on’ experience managing teams has been extremely valuable. Lisa has undertaken various H&S training credentials and is now Health and Safety Compliance Manager for the Midlands, North of England and Scotland. Along with ensuring health and safety compliance, Lisa continues to ensure compliance with ISO and environmental issues.
