Armed Forces

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation, ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly.   Antac employ many ex-Army personnel and are proud to support the UK Armed Forces community. We recognise the attributes these valued members of society have and how they can add value to our company.

We have made a range of promises to set out our support to members of the armed forces community who work within Antac, access our services or are part of the wider community.

These include:

• Recognising the skills and experience of service leavers and veterans and proactively encourage and support future employment
• Support service leavers transitioning from the armed forces
• Supporting and promoting Reservists – we provide an additional 10 days paid annual leave to support with annual training requirements
• Support the employment of military spouse and partners
• Promoting and supporting Armed Forces Day
• Support a range of Armed Forces charities

In 2023 were delighted to receive the ‘Gold Award’ in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
