Antac A Responsible Business
At Antac our practices ensure alignment with our vision and goals. At a project level, this alignment extends to our customer’s aspirations – partnering for success.
Antac look to use social values to tackle the inequalities found in the UK to make the things we do; good, fair and sustainable. We encourage every Division to carry out its primary activity, managing resources that it controls and drawing in investment, in such a way that it encourages our teams to create lasting benefits for the Company. Thus improving the local economy in the areas we operate, whilst positively contributing (or at least minimising damage) to the environment.
Example of our projects include:
- Armed Forces Covenant – Gold Award
- MacMillian Cancer Support – chosen charity for 2024
- Royal British Legion – chosen charity for 2024
- P3 Thames Valley supplying starter kits, which include cleaning products, toiletries, toilet & kitchen roll for vulnerable/domestic abuse victims moving home.
- Eden Aid – UK charity that deliver essential medical and humanitarian supplies to Ukraine and bring back refugees to safe host families in the UK and Europe.
- Foodbank donations
- Make it Wilder – to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Supply Chain Sustainability School – Gold Holder.
- Toilet Twinning – helping fund a project in a poor community that will enable families to build a basic toilet, have access to clean water and learn about hygiene.
- Volunteer Days
- Water Harvesting
We encourage our supply chain, subcontractors and suppliers to participate in similar activities, including paying staff the London Living Wage.
