Specialist Cleaning Services
Carpets require a regular clean, not only to keep up appearances, but to protect a large investment. Having your carpets cleaned on a regular basis will prolong its life. We have specialist teams delivering high quality carpet cleaning. It is important to clean carpets as vacuuming is not enough to keep them fresh and hygienic. The removal of stains, dirt, grit, sand and allergens enhances the work place environment for our clients staff and customers. If your carpet isn’t cleaned in accordance to the manufacturers’ instructions not only will you lose the warranty, but you may also have to replace it prematurely.
We also provide hard floor treatments including strip, seal and polish. An innovation which we have introduced is Dr Schutz floor seals which are very hard wearing and can even be coloured to renovate floor surfaces.
DOFF is a steam based cleaning system. It’s unlike any other steam system achieving temperatures of 150°C. This process is particularly effective at cleaning stone, masonry and architectural building detailing. The superheated steam will remove moss, algae, fungi, other biological matter and will also kill off their spores. This means there’s no need to use a chemical biocide during the removal process or as protection against further biological activity. This high temperature cleaning is also very effective for cleaning toilet and shower blocks, where ingrained dirt and body fats can be difficult to remove with other cleaning methods.
When the temperature in the system is high, the cleaning action on the surface being cleaned is very gentle and the volume of water used is low. The surface is therefore not saturated and will be dry within minutes.
