Antac’s Northern Building Services Division has recently completed a £100K refurbishment project at one of EE’s flagship buildings – the Call Centre in Sovereign Place, Leeds. EE, now part of the BT Group, authorised Antac via BT Facility Services to progress the refurbishment, after an initial 4-way tender, to be completed within only a 6 week period. The newly designed ‘Collaboration Work Space Area’ was fully applauded by the appointed architect , client end user and BT / EE FM project management teams after seeing it in its finished splendour. The works included:-
- Installation of 5 different carpets specially designed to create curved walkways, multiple circular shapes, new branding & graphics, partitionary and manifestations on glass.
- Circular suspended ceiling features hanging from structured soffit through existing ceiling fitted with LED spotlights
- Semi circular, slatted screen which appears be coloured EE branded turquoise from one side and EE branded yellow from the opposite side complete with semi circular laminated counter. (see picture).
