Farnham Sea Cadets – Community Project
Antac, invited by Vinci Facilities, supported a community project at Farnham Sea Cadets. As Tier 1 delivery partners with Vinci Facilities, Antac provides planned maintenance and responsive repairs for Ministry of Defence properties in the SouthEast under the Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) contract.
Built in 1970, the building faced rising maintenance costs. Renovation and modernization were essential to increase its utility and rental income.
Antac’s Contributions:
- Painted external windows and some classrooms
- Installed new kitchen ceiling
- Repainted deck floor
- Refurbished washrooms
- Fully refurbished boardroom and annex meeting room
- Added small kitchen facilities in the cadets’ mess
Antac assigned a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the work over a three-week period. The completed tasks significantly improved the building, enhancing its facilities and attracting a wider range of community groups. This is expected to boost revenue and secure the building’s long-term future, enabling further improvements.
Antac also collaborated with its supply chain to add valuable extras to the project, ensuring comprehensive and impactful renovations.

Larkhill Community Project
